Product Returns:

We aim to respond in 2-3 working days.

Due to our fast-paced processing and dispatch we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our returns and cancellation policy applies to purchases made online at www.pauze.uk

We are unable to offer online exchanges.

To return an item, please first contact us at info@pauze.uk with the below details:

• Order number
• Name and address
• Products images and reason for wanting to return the product

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow the above instructions and also attach a photograph clearly showing the issue. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any non faulty items.

PAUZE reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.

Our refund policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the British Consumer Law and Regulations.

PAUZE will not provide a prepaid returns label.

UK standard delivery orders are sent with a Royal Mail TRACKED 48.
