Our challenges will vary in length, ranging from 5 days resets to 28 day programs., depending on the focus of the month. Each challenge is thoroughly designed to help you Pauze, move your body with intension, nourish it in a balanced, supportive way. Alongside plenty of Pilates, some challenges may include skincare routines, and nutrition guidance, supporting wellbeing beyond movement alone.
